1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SSTrader website (app.sstrader.com) and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

3. Responsible Gambling

SSTrader supports responsible gambling. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, we urge you to seek help. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect underage gambling or irresponsible betting behavior.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SSTrader and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. User Accounts

5.1 Registration: To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

5.2 Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

5.3 Termination: We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1 Payments: Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time.

6.2 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. There are no refunds for partial subscription periods.

In no event shall SSTrader, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
